SHIPPING POLICY

We offer free shipping on all orders above a certain amount of bottles, depending from which country you order. Do you have a friend, family member or another loved one that also would love to have an amazing Blue bottle? By ordering more bottles you will achieve better shipping rates! In the chart below the shipping rates and estimated delivery times are displayed. All orders will be shipped from The Netherlands. Succesfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

All orders made before 4pm monday-friday will be shipped next workday. The given estimated delivery times cannot be gauranteed due to the current situation in the world.
We temporarily paused the orders for the United Kingdom due to the messy shipping situation and the VAT regulatory changes. 


Shipment confirmation and order tracking
As soon as the shipping company has picked up the packages from our warehouse you will receive an email from the shipping company. This email will include your personal Track&Trace code to follow your package.

 Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address that you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit your order.

 

Damages
BlueBottleLove Europe is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
